Our Teppanyaki chef from Bali was amazing!! He made the whole experience! Food was just okay for a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant. Steak was cooked perfectly! A little on the pricey side, but good overall thanks to our chef! Recommend the special spicy creamy sauce (have to ask for it)!

Great all you can eat. Quite a few orders got missed at our table. We brought it up and they were very apologetic and put a new order in. Then about half an hour later the original order was delivered. Another order at our table was never delivered. Buuuuuuut the all you can eat was very good. Pricey but not much more than other places and the quality was top notch.

The food and service was good. Our food came out fast and was hot. The server was attentive and quick. My only complaint is their spicy is more on the mild side.

We knew both Kuma Sushi and Ohana would be too busy on a Friday night, so we decided to give Ijji's a try. We were seated right away and ordered a drink and app before picking out some sushi roles from the AYCE menu. The Kyoto is basically an egg roll version of Ohana's delicious yakiton, but their vegetable tempura was nothing compared to Kuma's. The sushi, however, was delicious. We've definitely had worse, and despite them not being as saucy as Ohana, we totally enjoyed each of them. Our favorites were the Oshiko and Superman rolls with a Dragon Bite to drink. I personally think the ranking of best sushi in Reno is a tie between Ohana and Kuma with Ijji being a solid 2nd choice, possibly tied with Sky Terrace if you have the money to burn. My only issue with Ijji 2 is that multiple members of wait staff ambush you with "How are you doing?" with a jarring and awkward frequency. I'm sure they're trained to be extra attentive, but it felt aggressive instead of caring. It didn't help that they were in dinner rush mode, and it was our first time in. Their system is a little different. For example, you don't mark appetizers on the AYCE paper like Ohana and Kuma, you order them with the waiter when you ask for drinks. And instead of writing on the paper for another round, you ask the waiter for more. The waitress we had was either indifferent or couldn't hear us because she'd be turning away from the table as we'd try to answer her or ask for something.
